As part of their commitment to their brand, THE Agency has an annual website ‘refresh’ and whilst their corporate branding remains the same as the day they opened, they like to bring a fresh look each year  – they like to throw in a new colour  that reflects their vision for the coming year – 2020 is a fabulous guacamole colour – a colour that represents balance, harmony, and wellbeing. . all of which are key to their ongoing success as one of the leading independent agencies in the Yorkshire area.
THE Agency didn’t want a typical recruitment agency website, instead, they wanted to create a site which reflects the bespoke nature of their business. SEO is at the heart of everything we do, so by running monthly campaigns and dedicated time for both onsite and offsite SEO, THE Agency can be sure they are finding the most talented clients for their ever-growing list of clients. We incorporated testimonials from both clients and candidates, (using the actual candidate photos) which is very easy for them to keep updated, along with delivering training on how to manage and post new jobs.
Social Media and advertising is an important tool of today, which we are here to support them with and run dedicated campaigns.
With a monthly IT support retainer in place, we have remote access to their machines and onhand immediately should the need arise.

Sumfactor (aka wonderful Paul) always has my best interest at heart, it's so rare to come across an agency who not only knows what they're doing but you can 100% trust. Paul will openly Challenge on my decisions even if it means him making less money at times as long as it's in my best interest he'll say what he has to say and I'm so great full for that.
